The Pelikan 400 is the traditional, that is to say MEDIUM-SMALL, sized pen from Pelikan (see below) which can trace its roots back to the original Pelikan fountain pen in 1929. The 400 range comes with either gold (400) or silver trim (405) and a range of colours. This is a pen suitable for both men and woman, but is at the smaller end of the pen size range.
