This is a service provided by Niche Pens, not Pelikan.
This is not a repair service for broken pens or any manufacturing defects which are covered under Pelikan's 3 year guarantee.
We offer a service option for any Pelikan pen. This may be appropriate if your pen is quite old and has any issues which you cannot resolve e.g. stiff piston, irregular ink flow. Please contact us before paying to let us know what issues you are having, as you may be able to resolve them yourself.
A common issue can be avoided by regularly flushing cold running water in and out of the pen through the nib, every 2 or 3 ink changes.

Please ensure it is clearly labelled with your name and return address and a brief discription (if you have already contacted us) of the problems you are having. We recommend you use an insured postal service (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
Please allow us 5 working days or so to return your pen.
The cost of this service includes a small amount to cover our cost of posting your pen back to you (we use Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery).
